Certain employees are very fun and positive

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Some team members are great but not all. Maybe it's the industry but many are very immature.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'm not sure if my pay is due to the 16 years of cosmetology experience I have or not but my pay is well above average for this industry
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I believe managers should be leaders not bosses. If managers would do what they demanded of others and were a little more grounded, the culture would be different.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership/Management needs improvement. There is only one manager out of all managers that I consider a decent human being. All other managers are immature and seem to only work at Ulta for the gratis.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Management was not selected based on prior experience, which I know it doesn't have to be, but to be able to properly manage in this store I feel like you should have some retail or salon management experience. None of the managers have had any management experience at all and it shows.
