I was usually the only person the worked at the benefit counter. They wouldn’t allow me to be full time even though I was working that many hours which meant I was making a dollar less an hour. They made it seem like it was my availability that was the issue.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
the women do not like competition, strong black men stand no chance . Women group together and systematically eliminate strong black men with simple lies. Nothing can be done because the HR department is focused on protecting women only.
