Stop walking stores every 6 weeks or less. Stop micromanaging. Stop lying and put in a override in the MyTime. Stop being about metrics. Stop being about Pennies over People because in the end the company will lose its most experienced employees being replaced by a work force that is weak

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

All the work falls on the remaining few. Kroger can not hire anyone because of low wages. The end result is more work and not enough people. Most, but not all , of the new hires are leftovers that other better paying stores don't want. The rest of us are close to retiring and don't care any longer.
