Horrible treatment of associates. This company is driven by bonuses that the actual workers never see. We do all the work for starvation wages and don't even get a 5 dollar for Christmas. I have never worked for a company so driven by greed and self glorification.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
All the work falls on the remaining few. Kroger can not hire anyone because of low wages. The end result is more work and not enough people. Most, but not all , of the new hires are leftovers that other better paying stores don't want. The rest of us are close to retiring and don't care any longer.
