During the COVID-19 situation, the executive team and leadership team have done well to provide services to the communities and have implemented protective measures for employees and customers. The leadership team at my store definitely plays favorites, which I guess is just life in general.

During COVID-19, most employees have been happy to work and work overtime b/c the pay went higher and have been grateful for jobs. If one talks to other employees and shows concern, most employees seem to generally be caring and will hold a conversation and work together.
