Leadership needs to respect people more. Culture is toxic. Initiatives started with no forethought or planning and changed with no warning. Certain team paid beyond their contribution while the revenue generating teams see no increases and low salaries and no stock. Lack of vision and innovation.

Stock only granted to specific teams and the bulk of the company gets nothing. Raises are few and far between and are small when they happen. People can go years with no raise despite major contributions to the team. Execs simply do not care - they get their millions and do little to reward others.

The team who worked FOR me was excellent. My peers and managers were arrogant nasty people who thought they were the best things ever. Lack of communication, infighting, hostility, incompetence, etc. I have nothing good to say about many in OCI. Other teams that I've worked with are much better.

My manager never has meetings and always sends redirection in email without details. It would be better handled in a short meeting.

Stop treating OCI like it is the only org of any value. Change your hiring bar to eliminate the arrogant self important people who actually know nothing about working as a team. Stop the endless rolling layoffs and threats. Stop expecting 14-16 hour days and piling on endless work.

Innovation is dead, they are just chasing what everyone else does and executing poorly. Needs to truly innovate and lead with new products that no one has thought of yet - they are just followers. Stop the arrogance. Stop treating customers like garbage. Make things more simple.
