Mr. Karl Braitberg serves as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Operations at Oracle Corporation. Mr. Braitberg joined Oracle in 2016 and is responsible for the end-to-end supply chain operations for the Oracle Corporation. Prior to Oracle, Mr. Braitberg spent ten years at Cisco in a variety of executive-level supply chain and operational roles spanning customer service, planning and customer fulfillment, supply chain transformation, strategic sourcing/direct procurement and cloud infrastructure operations. Mr. Braitberg is recognized as one of the industry's most successful and well-respected operational leaders and is passionate about finding new and innovative ways to increase organizational and supply chain performance. He is known for his open communication, leadership style and the ability to grow and retain top talent. He has also held executive positions at Palm Inc, Converge and LSI Logic. Mr. Braitberg was named by Supply and Demand Chain Executive magazine to its ???Pros to Know??? list and has been cited in numerous publications including Supply Chain Management Review, ComputerWorld and InfoWorld. Mr. Braitberg holds an MBA as well as a BS from Colorado State University.

Mr. Thomas Kurian has been the President of Product Development at Oracle Corporation since January 06, 2015. Mr. Kurian is responsible for leading all aspects of product strategy, software development and delivery of Oracle's software product portfolio, including Oracle Database, Oracle Fusion Middleware and enterprise resource planning, customer relationship management and supply chain management applications. Mr. Kurian has been with Oracle since 1996, holding various product management and development positions in Oracle's server technologies division. He served as a Senior Vice President of Development at Oracle Application Server at Oracle Corporation since February 2001 until July 2009. He served as Senior Vice President of Oracle Fusion Middleware and Server Technologies Development at Oracle Corporation. He served as an Executive Vice President of Product Development at Oracle Corporation since July 2009 until January 06, 2015. He was responsible for leading all aspects of product strategy, software development and delivery of Oracle's software product portfolio including Oracle Database, Oracle Fusion Middleware and ERP, CRM and supply chain management applications. Mr. Kurian was responsible for shaping all technological aspects of the products' development, release process, management and business development. Since January 2008, he has also led the development for Oracle's next-generation business applications, Oracle Fusion Applications. He served as an Executive Vice President of Product Development at Oracle Financial Services Software Limited. He played a key role in bringing Oracle9i application server to market. Mr. Kurian served as a Vice President of E-Business at Oracle, driving a number of company-wide initiatives focused on transforming Oracle into an e-business. He serves as a Member of Advisory Board at Index Ventures. Further Mr. Kurian serves as an Advisory Member on the Boards of several international venture funds and software companies. Mr. Kurian received a BA in Electrical Engineering from the Princeton University and an MBA from Stanford University's Graduate School of Business.

Mr. Rick Jewell serves as Senior Vice President of Applications Development at Oracle Corporation. Mr. Jewell has been with Oracle since 1989 and has overall responsibility for Oracle's supply chain management applications. In addition, his responsibilities include Oracle's recent acquisitions in supply chain, specifically the transportation management, demand planning, advanced planning and scheduling and product lifecycle management products. Prior to Oracle, he spent nine years with a large global systems integrator and he also served as Chief Information Officer for a Bay Area-based medical device manufacturing company. Mr. Jewell is a graduate of Stanford University, where he received a BA in economics and an MS in industrial engineering.

Mr. Mark S. Johnson serves as Senior Vice President of Oracle Public Sector at Oracle Corporation. Mr. Johnson served as Vice President of Accelerate Applications Marketing and Business Development at Oracle Corporation. He has been a leader in information technology sales and sales management with a focus on the government marketplace. As Senior Vice President for Oracle Public Sector, he manages all aspects of sales and marketing of Oracle software to federal and state & local governments throughout North America. Under his leadership, Oracle Public Sector business has consistently earned recognition and awards for performance and profitability achievements. Joining Oracle in 1989, Mr. Johnson has held a series of increasingly expanding positions, including Vice President of Civilian Sales, Group Vice President of Federal Sales and Senior Vice President of Oracle Federal Sales. Leading Oracle Public Sector, Mr. Johnson oversees sales to U.S. federal, state & local and K-12 organizations as well as the Canadian government. Additionally, he manages Public Sector Health, Sales Consulting and Business Development and leads Oracle's partner strategy, customer satisfaction and customer referenceability for the public sector. His responsibilities include ensuring Oracle's products meet the needs of the public sector by working closely with customer advisory boards and Oracle Corp. Development organization. Mr. Johnson received his bachelor's degree in Finance with a minor in Economics from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He has master's of business administration from the University of Texas and holds a bachelor's of science degree in engineering from Princeton University. He has completed numerous executive leadership and sales management training programs during his career.

Mr. Rob Willis has been Regional Managing Director of Oracle Australia and New Zealand at Oracle Corporation since November 2016. Mr. Willis served as Vice President of Japan and Asia Pacific for Citrix Systems. Prior to Citrix, he served Executive Vice President roles at Nortel Networks and IP Networks.

Mr. John L. Hall has been the Senior Vice President of Oracle University, the education and training division of Oracle Corporation since 1999. Mr. Hall first joined Oracle Corporation in 1994 and has a proven track record in managing global business units for it, including serving as Managing Director for Oracle Thailand and Vice President for Oracle Asia Pacific Alliances. He managed partner recruitment, market development and channel strategies for more than 1600 partners in 27 countries and 62 offices in Asia Pacific. Mr. Hall served as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Alliance Program at Oracle since June 30, 1998. During his tenure, Mr. Hall has turned Oracle University into the largest and most profitable software training business in the world, with more than 600,000 students trained annually. He was instrumental in leading Oracle University in the corporate-wide initiative to save Oracle $1 billion by automating processes using the Oracle E-Business Suite and moving traditional classroom training to an online learning environment. Prior to joining Oracle, Mr. Hall held a variety of senior management positions with IBM as Branch Manager and at Unisys as Director of Client Server Marketing. He has been an External Director at Oracle Corporation Japan since August 2003. Mr. Hall received a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration from the University of Kansas.

Mr. Juan F. Rada serves as Senior Vice President of Global Public Sector, Healthcare & Education at Oracle Corporation. Mr. Rada has been Senior Vice President of Oracle Industries for Europe, Middle East and Africa for Oracle's industries since June 2000. He is a member of the management team for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). He served as Senior Vice President of Global Public Sector for Healthcare & Education at Oracle Corporation. He joined Oracle as Vice President for Public Services for EMEA in 1998. Since June 2006, he has been responsible for the Public Sector and Education Industries Business Unit globally. Mr. Rada has held senior roles at leading international companies, including Digital Equipment Corporation and AT&T. He served as Vice President of Digital Equipment Corporation International (Europe) from 1992 to 1998, responsible for strategic alliances and new initiatives. From 1979 to 1992, he served as Professor of Technology Management and Dean of the International Management Institute (IMD) in Switzerland. From 1989 to 1992, he was the Founding Director General (Dean) of IMD. Mr. Rada serves as the Chairman of the Lombard Odier Darier Hentsch Infology Fund Advisory Board. He has been a Non Executive Director of Prudential Five Limited since November 19, 2002. He serves as Director of WIN Advanced Systems Ltd, Egg Banking plc., and Canada Square Operations Limited. He has served as a board member for a number of corporate, academic, and not-for-profit organizations includes the Club of Rome, the European Commission Information Technology Review Board, the Council of the World Conservation Union (IUCN), and the Advisory Board of the World Bank Community Carbon Fund. Mr. Rada studied economics and sociology at the Universidad Cat??lica de Chile, and followed by studies at the University of London, where he obtained his PhD.

Ms. Emily He has been Senior Vice President of Human Capital Management Cloud Business Group at Oracle Corporation since January 2018. Ms. He served as Senior Vice President of Marketing, Human Capital Management at Oracle Corporation since October 3, 2017 until January 2018. Ms. He served as the Senior Vice President of HCM Product Marketing at Oracle Corporation since July 25, 2017 until October 3, 2017. Ms. He served as Chief Marketing Officer of DoubleDutch. She has 18 years of experience in various enterprise software roles, including marketing, corporate strategy and business development at companies such as Siebel Systems, E2Open and Saba Software. She served as the Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President of Marketing at Saba Software, Inc. She served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Saba Enterprise Cloud Expand at Saba Software, Inc. Ms. He served as Vice President of Corporate Planning & Operations of Saba Software, Inc. and was responsible for overseeing the development and execution of its strategic and operational plans on a global basis. Ms. He partnered closely with the Chief Executive Officer and the management team to define corporate strategy and the operational plan framework and create long-term and short-term strategic plans. Mr. Juan C. Jones serves as Senior Vice President of North America Support Services business at Oracle Corporation. Mr. Jones has oversight for all aspects of Enterprise Service Management, Support Sales, and Advanced Customer Services delivery and in addition, he leads the Support Sales team. Mr. Jones was formerly the Vice President of Software Management Services for Oracle On Demand. He led a global team of DBAs responsible for all software management for customers who outsourced the operation of their databases and applications to Oracle. In this role, Mr. Jones managed operations for Oracle's fastest growing business. He served as the Vice President of Advanced Product Services in Oracle Corporation's Support Services Group. He served as an Advisor of OuterBay Technologies Inc., since December, 2003. Prior to joining Oracle ten years ago, he spent a year in enterprise sales at Microsoft Corporation and seven years with the IBM Company in a variety of sales positions. He served as Member of the Advisory Board of OuterBay Technologies, Inc. Mr. Jones holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of Rochester Simon School of Business and a BA in Economics from the University of Notre Dame.
