Oracle has an unlimited vacation policy, meaning it is between you and your manager as to how much time you take off. If you get your job done, taking time off is no issue. There is not a specific number of days off per year for vacation anymore, this was a change this year and going forward.
Unlimited vacation, unless you're classified as hourly / OT eligible. If you're in the latter group they force you to take a week of your own vacation every year between Christmas and New Years.
At least in the US, we don't have vacation days. You take as much time as you want...you just have to work it out with your manager.
Company just switched to unlimited PTO. Previously was 13 days for those < 3 years, 18 days for those > 3 years.
Unlimited days as long as you have manager approval for the time off.
Unlimited but most people are too scared to take it
2 weeks to begin with and max 4.5 weeks
2 week’s until you are here 3 years
depends completely on your manager
It is standard.
