Much of the time it is good and flexible. When there is a serious deal or situation with time sensitivity, there is zero balance and one is essentially on-call 24/7. Basically, it's extremes.

Work is demanding, but the composites strategy is clearly communicated across all levels. Those that apply themselves definitely excel, but pretty much everyone seems to get the personal time they need.
