Trust each other. There's an atmosphere of mistrust, fear, and cynicism. We need to get to the root of it and fix it.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am paid at least $20k less than I should be, and my boss puts more importance on administrative tasks than my actual contributions.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Make decisions based on what's best for the company, not based on who golfs with who. Pay more, you'll attract and retain better talent. Get better benefits (especially insurance).
What makes you most happy at work?
Nepotism nepotism and more nepotism. When I was hired it was almost unheard of for someone with no friends, family, or past internships to get hired directly by the company. That says a lot about the way things are done.
