they seem dedicated but the HR team does not work from handbook and rules get changed and then are changed retroactively without the new changes being listed in the handbook.

Coworkers and leaders are positive and helpful. Life outside of work is important, and I have never been made to feel guilty for being sick (or needing PTO). My managers have been supportive in my career. Also, the flexibility to work from home, not worrying about what is going on at home.

I don't have the tools to do my job efficiently and effectively. Salesforce is horrible for my position. The customers complain about it, it's a mess, and no one seems to care. I'd like more up to date tools. PowerBI can pull data from several platforms and make a nice overall picture.

Too much turnover. Too much work. Undefined roles. No training whatsoever. Have to be billable, but then I get assigned non billable work. Then am criticized for not being billable.

Too much work and not enough experienced people to do it, unrealistic expectations for every project and confusion or disagreement between Sales and Professional Services about how projects should be run and timing around delivery.

Managers need to be better about communication. Senior management needs to be better about curating training and making sure all new employees have what they need to be successful. The misogyny and transphobia needs to be addressed.
