Everything starting from not being Biased in the first place for the EMPLOYEES that do the most sale . Which is not the GOAL CSAT is the GOAL of the process but as I opposed a VIOLATION of having music on the FLOOR they are all against e and want me out they have been watching my every move waiting.

OM Aaron has caused multiple issues amongst agents and remains with no repercussions. TL Jen V is also allowed to miss a lot of days so her agents always end up other TL for help making it harder for them to just focus on their team and meeting with them. I dont think its fair to tl or other agents

Incentives are deducted for being late and Pl and Cl as well , Although the EMPLOYEE HANDBOOK Cleary states no DEDUCTIONS can be made for the same . still My Managers deduct out incentives . Which is a part of my PAY and should not be deducted .

Given the complexity of our job role, I think we deserve a raise. In addition, there's a different LOB with Shopify which is Premium, and they're job role is the same as we have here in Core. Yet, the salary difference is huge, and I think we deserve that same salary.

Here People are hired based on their ENGLISH skills and they still create issues when i request them to play good ENGLISH music but they still want to be the same listen to the same . No one is even worth being hired by task us . But I guess Hr's here are BLIND

The nature of the position is very boring and the "safety hazards" regarding other open apps is not the best. some music and maybe some flexibility on the break and lunch punching availability, like breaking it up in smaller breaks, or some available smoke breaks.

toxic work environment due to OM Aaron behavior. Hr does nothing and never provides adequate information but will just send glowstick link and say do that, and if you ask for clarification none can ever be provided. being punished as a whole for certain individuals actions just very unfair.
