Yes — most days I am. I enjoy the collaboration, problem-solving, and the chance to make measurable progress on projects. When work is clear, supported, and properly resourced

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel undervalued because I'm regularly doing work beyond my job description without clear guidelines or recognition from HR. That extra work increases my workload and stress, but there's no formal acknowledgment, adjusted expectations, or compensation to match the added responsibility.
