Working at TaskUs makes my perspective about BPO way different as in TaskUs, employees are valued and not used like a livestock, the company provide food, gym, sleeping quarters and have clubs that you can join in to. I am so glad that I got employed in the company and will keep on working with you

Competitor Companies in the same industry are giving from 20% to 45% more compensation or salary. Competitor Companies in the same industry are giving more leaves and benefits for example free food to their employees. One good thing is our company gives oven to heat food and it is appreciated.
