Competitor Companies in the same industry are giving from 20% to 45% more compensation or salary. Competitor Companies in the same industry are giving more leaves and benefits for example free food to their employees. One good thing is our company gives oven to heat food and it is appreciated.

In Mexico task us the net pay is the same pay as 5 years ago. Inflation has been rising but not our pay. Living in the border does not help. The bonus that used to exist for coming on time no longer exist for new hires. Where in all call centers this is a benifit.
