It feels like the side I work for is a separate part of TaskUs. I see posts all over the place and see how happy all the other campaigns are, but my side seems to be like a separate part where we are left out of not cared for as much.

the problem is mostly with the campaign, like the lack of skills allowance, high demand when it comes to productivity and QA score, sudden updates with no QA talk before implementing the changes
