New hire, not much experience. But love that they are very hands on and inviting towards everyone.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Process always change, No solid process

In everything there is a lot politics going on. The environment is not good for work. Right now every one in my team is frustrated , all of them is looking for opportunity in other company .To be honest I'm in IT and I don't know why they are not making the process hard every day, no proper guide

Manager should take weekly or monthly call to discuss with Team which is not happening. How we can grow in company in technical. We have very limited access level in my role which very bad for technical growth. Supervisor is also very rude behavior and manager is not any action on that.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Variable care options and many tools that could be helpful (Daily pay, Active fit, Eyemed, etc.)

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The amount of work and expectations with my current role is very high

This last year i got a .15 raise which felt very small. We switched from a really good medical insurance to insurance that isn't that great. Sick time only rolling over for a few months isn't that great since most people need sick time during cold and flu season at the end of the year.

It's just the amount of work we do is not getting appreciated. Also there is no way to update ourselves here , it's just frustrating everyday. It's not just me everyone in my team.

TaskUs is a good company that is why I stay here. But I believe that im being paid lower than the others because im receiving a provincial rate pay. Hope they adjust my salary and incline it with Manila rate

I believe with the WFH set up, we can still build a good relationship with our coworkers. Less time to chat with them inside the office, we are more focus at work or infront of the laptop with out someone who will chat to us while we are working.

It's good . People are getting treated equally based on gender or cast but that's not all my teams people facing mental health issue due to the work , the management is bad . No body cares about our problem . I can give you hundreds of things that can be fixed but i don't want to do anything now
