It's good company but there is a lot going on here , company needs to take it seriously

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's just the amount of work we do is not getting appreciated. Also there is no way to update ourselves here , it's just frustrating everyday. It's not just me everyone in my team.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My Whole team is working really hard , but the management is worst , I don't know how managers are working . MY manager never talked me or any person of my team within this year .
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
In everything there is a lot politics going on. The environment is not good for work. Right now every one in my team is frustrated , all of them is looking for opportunity in other company .To be honest I'm in IT and I don't know why they are not making the process hard every day, no proper guide
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's good . People are getting treated equally based on gender or cast but that's not all my teams people facing mental health issue due to the work , the management is bad . No body cares about our problem . I can give you hundreds of things that can be fixed but i don't want to do anything now
