What does the leadership team need to get better at?
There needs to be a revamp of the way that they interact with employees altogether from the hiring process to on-boarding to training, as a new hire this has been such a foul way to start with an organization. It just has left the entire class feeling unwanted and as if we just don't matter.

When the competition came about they compensated for the lower tiers. But they didn't do anything for the other tiers. I'm happy for the lower tiers but it seems like they should have done something for everyone.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Revamp the entire way the culture is enacted here. There are sectors and pockets of people who click together and leave others out. There is an array of disorganization within the team structure that makes the disinterest of learning more about the teams greater.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The training is so bad, I don't feel prepared to be on the phones taking calls. Outside of the lack of care that has taken place when getting our access, this has just been chaos that is utterly unsettling.

Everyone in the company should be treated equally, One of the value of the company has a problem initself. "Frontline First" and the entire leadership acts accordingly. Whoever is not in the frontline is treated differently leading to biasness and inequality.
