TaskUs prides itself in having a culture of openness and putting people first. And yet the leadership team have failed to do this in the recent scaling down of my campaign. The whole thing was unprofessional and distasteful - compared to how the same situation was handled in my previous campaign.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
getting a raise, and we rarely get any awards or any type of recognition. One time we did but our team mates never got their prize. We have to chase management for a meeting to discuss our pay. I would not recommend this company.

I am from Reverb in TU LZN. We're transferred in a different LOB where get more work load but being paid the same as the chat agents who only upgrade the tickets to us.

We have work-life balance, true work-life balance where we are able to pursue our passions outside of work. We don't get bothered once our shift ends and on weekends unless communicated early and clearly. There is room for improvement and a lot of learning in the team.
