What is the best part about your compensation package?
My compensation package is fairly competitive. However, it's all the other benefits, like the NextGen scholarship, TaskFund, eSALAD, and others, that make TaskUs stand out. The choice of benefits they provide shows how much attention they pay to the needs of their employees.

A lot has changed over the years. Little by little, I've seen people forget about the culture of the company. Extreme ownership doesn't only apply to leaders but everyone should be accountable for our actions.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel supported in my pursuit of professional growth. My direct manager mentors and coaches me every week to ensure I'm on track with my goals, and my team supports me in any way they can. I'm encouraged to take my PTOs to recuperate and I'm not being micromanaged.
