Creatives are very talented team of designers. They just need proper guidance towards the refinement of their work.

I like the retirement benefit that was offered to me and I can wait to have that applied, i just started with the company.

I am challenged on how to make things better for a team that is not open to change but wants things to change for the better to their advantage.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
To prioritize employees, we need specific metrics aligned with expected job output. A shared understanding of what being people-centric means can help us make progress by identifying and addressing underlying issues.
