So Far they have a lot of project to improve those are lacking. But the cons I don't know if there are aware that we are lacking manpower. We have to work more than 9 hours a day despite of being in a work from home setup.

Just a bit higher.. I am a working, single mom. I am sure I am not the only one who is going through a similar scenario. I love the culture and the company, but there are situations where someone has to leave in order to provide and get out of debt for the sake of family.

Please review or the basic salary of the WFM planner and check the difference between the internal (applied internally) and the external hires. My basic salary is 33K we have an alignment but Im not satisfied with that alignment bec my salary increase not just because of that but because of my 4 HP
