I've been here with Taskus for 6 years and 3 months. Overall experience is good because I am staying because of the scholarship program and other benefits.

It will be my 9th year working in Taskus. I encountered different personality at work. They help me a lot not just to be a good employee but on how to be a better person.

they listen to us. I will not be here for almost 9 years.

It is not scripted rather direct to the point with no sugar coating.

If I need help regarding my task people from other department also help me.

We are not by position because we are Taskus and Taskus is a frontliner first company.

The people. We do have ups and down and at the end of the day we still smile. We help each other.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
No per department meaning we can ask for advice to the other department. Other departments like operations help us. Gender equality. People first before profit.

Our core values is not just in the book. It is applied here. All people are friendly and accommodating and lastly we share our best practices.

We treated each other as a human being even someone is with higher position than us. We are not just a department we are a family.
What makes you most happy at work?
Happy because I have food to offer to my family. I can provide their basic needs. I am very with Taskus itself but I am not happy with my department (WFM)
What do you like best about the leadership team?
So Far they have a lot of project to improve those are lacking. But the cons I don't know if there are aware that we are lacking manpower. We have to work more than 9 hours a day despite of being in a work from home setup.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Please review or the basic salary of the WFM planner and check the difference between the internal (applied internally) and the external hires. My basic salary is 33K we have an alignment but Im not satisfied with that alignment bec my salary increase not just because of that but because of my 4 HP
