Most of us, other HR Ops we feel under valued we do not have an incentive even though we are part of the backbone of the company for helping the operations and executives. Also, we were in need to work on holidays unlike other officers that they do not have a shift on Holidays (regular).

The work before health culture. We are working 5 times / week and most of the time we tend and need to extend for hours just to cater the operations and execs which is UNHEALTHY. We are also mandated to work on regular holidays, most HR in other companies they are on HTO every reg holidays
