too much workload hope to get more people to help.

They trained me well during my interim period as a supervisor.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
just bring back the old days where everyone follow the process and not just focus with revenue

may current boss (Gary) is results driven and has respect of time. I felt his compassionate and care. Unlike my previous boss (Dred).
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
bring back hospital based HMO. Just have ops respect SLA. out team is always stretched to the point I have to be emersed also with the process.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's our value of Team Work Makes a Dreamwork and Being Ridiculous. Group Dynamic is not just within our group but across different departments who help each other in achieving one's goal.
