We are always encouraged to give and implement New ideas but our workload doesn't allow us to do that Value addition. Work time is flexible but sometimes meeting times are very odd.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm feeling undervalued as micro management from my manager creates very stressful work environment. The Annual hike which we have received is below average. The amount of work which I'm doing will be paid at least 0.5x times in the industry outside.

travelling allowance should be increase as current one is just a week one sided allowance. and there should be some meal perk beside just a single amount.

In comparison with other call centers, here the pay is way low. Used to feel much better when we had bonuses but now they're just looking for a reason to not give the extra bonus money with metrics that do not actually depend on us

My colleagues are excellent people, but they are very much subject to the control exerted by companies with their deceptive benefits. That 15-minute break doesn't allow you to relax; on the contrary, it has you running around like a rat trying not to exceed 15 minutes to go to the bathroom.
