Overall my experience is Neutral. Team is very good and helpful except manager who loves to do micro management. Work shift is flexible but sometimes meetings are at very odd timings. Pay and annual increment is below average. Work from home allows to have work life balance up to some extend.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Work load and stress management are two important key aspects which company should look upon.
What makes you most happy at work?
I would say I'm happy since I'm doing work from home. Can manage my work life balance to some extend.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They always have my back and vice versa. We tend to help each other during critical times. We all connect regularly which creates a good working family environment.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We are always encouraged to give and implement New ideas but our workload doesn't allow us to do that Value addition. Work time is flexible but sometimes meeting times are very odd.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm feeling undervalued as micro management from my manager creates very stressful work environment. The Annual hike which we have received is below average. The amount of work which I'm doing will be paid at least 0.5x times in the industry outside.
