What does the leadership team need to get better at?
None they making all complicated and demotivating a teammates instead of pushing it.

I think the campaign's leadership needs to do a better job about responding to agents questions. Also just communicating effectively and listening to feedback. A lot of time when things get bright up they feel dismissed by the Teamlead. This is causing the entire team to burn out

disputes on scorecard and payroll not being worked on, have the scorecard be given ahead of time and not after timelimit for disputes, have the leads and managers take responsibilities for mistakes or mishaps that they don't meet, if changes are to be made they must be discussed fairly

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Team lead needs to do a better job of responding to questions. Also needs to do a better job of listening and implementing feedback.

RTOO employees should have more allawances as we travel and wake up early for work.Payroll and scorecard Desputes are not being processed in a timely manner. If changes are to be made they must be discussed fairly and reasonably and have 2 weeks ahead prior to implementation.
