the experience is good but not for the employees working on executive level, company is particularly very strict on adherence, also we are already serving 9 and a half hours and after that also management is asking us to come 15 mins prior to the shift, where in taskus portal we can login in 5 mins

Hr should inform proper compensation structure and not just say that we can offer you this and this ctc
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
you can be your self. however i wish i could get opportunity for a managerial post and i could contribute to this company.
