What is the best part about your compensation package?

The package, that I've been offered is greatly structured. It would be difficult to pick one but if I have to it'll be, the deductions. Unlike some of the organizations, TaskUs doesn't include everything in my package e.g. Gratuity, Mediclaim etc. this results in less deductions.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The salary is not enough as per the Work I do

i had absence without leave deductions, but im always present except when i hAD TO TAKE UNPLANNED LEAVEs which was deducted from my UL Credits. I ALSO CANCELLED AN UNPLANNED LEAVE AND WENT ON AVAIL BUT THE UL Credits WAS NOT added back.

1. The Management team from other campaigns especially Novel, are managed by inefficient Managers 2. The entire leadership could benefit from etiquette training and good grammar 3. Townhalls are conducted by people who do not even know how to conduct such townhalls 4. There is no team-bonding
