What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team needs to work on adhering to the beliefs they quote - the "Frontline First" attitude is now a catchphrase only and is NOT reflected in leadership's day-to-day living.

I feel undervalued because the new employee to the support team receives higher salary than the tenured ones. It would be fair if all the rates are the same per department.

Despite increased workload and responsibility, our requests for a skill allowance were denied, citing a lateral transfer rather than a promotion. We remain the lowest-paid support group, receiving the same payout as frontline teammates despite our specialized roles.
