good enough but not entirely good that I can tell it to my old colleague in other BPO, (no permanent seat plan, low salary and lot of TL and TM's are resigning.)

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
positive is the Free meal a day and the way the Manager handle their TM.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Feel undervalued in our salary, make us feel better if they increase the salary to compensate the mental health of the Teammate.
