People First company. They makes me supported and cared for.

We need an increase in compensation package, better recognition, and a positive working culture

Very understanding, supportive, considerate, makes me feel good about my skills, and motivates me to strive harder.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
At the moment, we're dealing with hostility from the operations so not much to say about "positive environment"
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Despite increased workload and responsibility, our requests for a skill allowance were denied, citing a lateral transfer rather than a promotion. We remain the lowest-paid support group, receiving the same payout as frontline teammates despite our specialized roles.
