I feel displaced and ignored. They've gone to great lengths to take away my bonuses to pressure me and have used many psychological pressure techniques to make me resign. I feel terrible about all this, and HR isn't listening.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Don't take away my bonuses just for a bad "attitude", my job is well done and im responsable.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
listen and avoid lies, the message of growth is inconsistent with the goals of the leaders, only their friends can asume important charges.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Company culture? This culture is not followed by the leaders; they have many tools to make work a pleasant place, but they have managerial ideas that prevent them from creating a good work environment.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Leaders suppress free thinking, do not accept ideas from different companies, nor are they willing to accept their workplace and that the tools are meant to make the employee feel good, not to control them.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My colleagues are excellent people, but they are very much subject to the control exerted by companies with their deceptive benefits. That 15-minute break doesn't allow you to relax; on the contrary, it has you running around like a rat trying not to exceed 15 minutes to go to the bathroom.
