Open and honest with no political power struggles. Just a strong desire to win and find solutions

Despite titles, company feels very flat and level. Easy to communicate across levels and departments to complete the mission

Personally shadowed the CEO for severals. He gave me a very transparent view into the company (good and bad)

Our growth allows us to bring amazing working to amazing people. Espeically in a world recovering for COVID to be able to provide so many jobs feels good

The ability to go to him with any question or concern. To push back against methods I disagree with and overall the trust given to me to execute without micro management
