the team work and assisting to each other since were escalations team

when I started last 2022 I love the way they handle people and people first now even our planed leave has been been monitored.

What makes you most happy at work?

high csat and meet the metrics / so that were be included to the list of people who will be power trip by the Tl and om on Deliveroo.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Our complains always skilling us up without any increase or any incentives, and clients always asking if we been paid per LOB added to our skill and always need to lie to them about the matter, our managers and leaders always advice us not to mentioned about salary wound that make sense.
