The basic pay, though the stock options are very less compared to other product companies.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The compensation provided is just around 7.4L(Fixed). I think I deserve at least 10L(Fixed) after having a MBA and 1+ year of experience.

As I was a campus hire but I had earlier 2.5years of Workex that to relevant to the job role and technologies I am currently working , still they gave me the same package offered to Freshers. I am really looking forward for the Annual Appraisal to get my compensation revised.

Yes, clearly as per the market I feel undervalued, Company guarantees something else at time of hiring but demotes you and reduces you package.

Compensation in Canada is much lower than in the US for similar roles,despite similar or higher living costs.Addressing this disparity with a more equitable approach,rather than just citing 'market standards' would show that the company values its employees across regions and boost their motivation.
