My benefits have actually atrophied dramatically since I joined the company. My deductible has increased and coverage decreased overall and per family member, to the point of effectively decreasing my total compensation to the tune of 3-4%.

Didn't get a raise this year - they do not give yearly raises consistently. We are also under what industry standards are for the roles.

Easy, gender pay gap. Also, Sales-related positions seem to be everything here (high compensation plus incentives etc), whereas other positions doesn't seem to be as important. (although other departments are fundamental! E.g. Product Development, Customer Support, etc.)

I have yet to meet anyone who clearly hates their job. At my former employer there were many who were just going through the motions at best, or at worst would take out their misery on others. At Cornerstone, employees are engaged and work for change when needed.

It looks like we are losing a lot of talent in Europe. At the same time we've got problems to fill the vacant positions on time. Some roles are open for months. The job market is changing and it seems that we do not keep up. It is about compensation but also brand recognition.
