The culture is one of willingness to learn and develop, all while being surrounded by very supportive and caring individuals. Everyone is passionate about what they do.

Review from Customer Support Dept

I would describe it as very human-centric. They are totally committed to that fact that if the humans are happy and engaged then better work is done.

Review from Marketing Dept

We are a family on a global scale. The company finds ways for us to connect and socialise throughout the countries. Its a really inclusive company and makes huge efforts in being so, and takes care of its people from all walks of life.

Review from Marketing Dept

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Care more. Make people feel like they matter. Midlevel managers are disconnected and could do a better job of connecting with the little people. I MMhave spoken to my global team leader twice in the last 10 months, 1:1. With 3 direct reports and a team of 12-14, you would think there would be time

Review from Sales Dept

Reconnecting people. I read an article posted on Workplace about re-onboarding everyone because businesses and the people remaining at work in them have turned over so significantly that nobody is a veteran anymore. I felt it deeply.

Review from Customer Success Dept

business oriented, support local people on the field

Review from Sales Dept

It would be nice if it was not so political. Leadership listens to a few VP or higher and makes decisons without asking the people who do the work. Makes it feel like factory work.

Review from Sales Dept

Listen to employees, compensate them better, company needs to think about the working hours, flexible doesn't means 24 hours

Review from Engineering Dept

Hiring right talent at the correct levels.

Review from Engineering Dept

In order to make the company culture better, CSOD needs to start hiring FOR the culture. Alternatively, leadership needs to ensure they are appropriately communicating that politics will not be tolerated. Employees at all levels should come to work to get work done, not stand in each other's way.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Middle management seems very young and inexperienced. It can be very demotivating when your manager has zero interest in your career development.

Review from Engineering Dept

Remove unwanted managers and have less hierarchy

Review from Engineering Dept

Do not force permanent work from home after COVID-19. A humble request.

Review from Engineering Dept

More focus should be given to the employees working in the company first .You can have a great vision but you need individuals with the energy to reach them.

Review from Engineering Dept

More decision making, less politicking.

Review from Finance Dept

Politics & favoritism culture at all levels should stop.

Review from Engineering Dept

STOP favouritism for manager positions.

Review from Engineering Dept

Spend more on team and company events. We used to have an event quarterly; I don't remember how long ago the last one was. Stop reinventing everything. Stick to OKRs and work toward a common vision. Avoid more layoffs. Stop acquiring companies - let's fix CSOD first.

Review from Engineering Dept

Coworker should be hired who are best in nature. you cannot change anyone bad nature. so this should be taken care at the recruiting level apart from the technical aspects a person's should have accepting nature.

Review from Engineering Dept

Involve the contractor worker and let them know what is happening.

Review from Operations Dept

If teams are held accountable then accountability needs to work both ways. If the team delivers something exceptional then they should be treated exceptionally and rewarded as such.

Review from Engineering Dept

The ceo needs to let others lead

Review from Sales Dept

More accountability and processes to prevent redundant work
