What does the leadership team need to get better at?

The leadership team should prioritize the resolution of existing issues and the improvement of current processes. Rather than pursuing acquisitions and introducing new products, the focus should be on nurturing our talented workforce and retaining experienced team members.

Communications are limited and restricted to leadership. With the clear intention to continue to buy more companies, the lack of communications should be addressed. The clashing of culture, goals, strategy when 2-3-4 or more companies come together is a significant challenge for leadership

Don't fire entire teams and then brag about the hundreds of new people you hired in cheaper areas. There is no sense of job security and the culture is largely gone. I am really hoping they turn things around after the acquisition.
