Everyone is very willing to share their knowledge to help others. We recognize that we all have different backgrounds and experiences that come together to create a powerful pool of knowledge.
What makes you most happy at work?
The appreciation from a customer when I've helped to solve their issue, or explained a complex concept in a way they could understand. Knowing that a customer looks forward to working with me means a lot to me.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I have yet to meet anyone who clearly hates their job. At my former employer there were many who were just going through the motions at best, or at worst would take out their misery on others. At Cornerstone, employees are engaged and work for change when needed.
