What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership at Cornerstone is top-notch. Everyone is incredibly smart and authentic, and there's a refreshing amount of transparency around company performance and policies. And they seem to really want to understand what our employee experience is like and work to improve our experiences at work.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Especially during a time like this, leaders, managers and other employees are constantly checking in on our wellbeing and are very accommodating when it comes to schedules. And when it comes to work, while it's a fast-paced environment, good work does not go unrecognized.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The person that interviewed me, in addition to asking me questions about my relevant experiences, actually walked me through department plans. They asked me for input and we had a constructive conversation about changes that could be made. It was refreshing!
