Low pressure environment with no micro-managing. Lots of freedom to make decisions and own projects. Drive to do well comes from peers

I love feeling like I'm completing projects that are impacting our clients. I feel like the work I'm doing really means something.

My team is full of fun, smart folks that I enjoy spending time with. I feel we are effective and use our time well while having a good time

I feel that I am compensated very well, but I really appreciate the flexibility I have with my schedule to support my family when things arise like doctor's appointments, school events, etc.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel the leadership team is very transparent. They provide regular updates on direction, market forces, and company initiatives to make sure I understand what is happening and the rationale behind our strategy.
