What do you like best about the leadership team?
Inclusive and transparent - everyone is counted and made to feel part of something special. Business updates from our Leadership team are frequent and transparent. I love how our leaders are part of the Cornerstar community, they don't act like an "us and them", we are one.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My base pay is low. It seemed like a fair salary when I started 3 years ago. However, going 3 years with no adjustments when Covid has drastically caused prices to increase- well, I feel like I have taken a pay cut.

I think our base salary is lower in comparison to other organizations in silicon beach however the comp plan is great when in sales

We are a family on a global scale. The company finds ways for us to connect and socialise throughout the countries. Its a really inclusive company and makes huge efforts in being so, and takes care of its people from all walks of life.

I had 5 interviews in the space of a week! Its amazing how inclusive they make it - touch points with co workers and managers so you both get a feel whether you are a good fit. This process alone sold me on Cornerstone. So many positive conversations during the interview process - I wanted in!
