Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think our base salary is lower in comparison to other organizations in silicon beach however the comp plan is great when in sales

The team cares so much about the success of each other! We truly believe that we can only succeed together and that can be seen from the leadership down.

The leadership at Cornerstone truly care about their employees, the work we do and how our software can impact businesses. They take an interest in building your career and helping you get to the next level
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Sales can be an up an down especially during a pandemic. The sales leadership & my coworkers while focused on gaining new customers are also focused on our mental and personal health. That positive energy helps me get through my day to day
