Equity bonuses were lost when the company went private, which was about 25% of our salary, and no. I would like to see higher pay to adjust fairly. Company should have prioritize mental health days like is happening at most tech companies, unlimited PTO is a benefit for the company, not employee

Bonuses and stock options have been taken away. The healthcare also has gotten worse over time. Cornerstone needs to do something about benefits, because they have decreased in value.

I started at Cornerstone many years ago and have felt that I've received a few promotions that have been significant, but I'm still underpaid compared to my peers. I know the only way to get this is to leave the company, but that's not what I want. I think there are ways to level-set.

Promotions and compensation are based on the wrong metrics - you must "serve your time" to achieve, rather than based purely on performance even if in Year 1. Also, those outside of EMEA are not prioritised for progression. Compensation comes with promotion, which is often tardy.

Depending on the team, CSOD has very talented employees. Some teams have higher expectations and standard than others. If we're not willing to remove those employees, then some managers need to do better at helping employees find other roles to optimize their skills.

The person that interviewed me, in addition to asking me questions about my relevant experiences, actually walked me through department plans. They asked me for input and we had a constructive conversation about changes that could be made. It was refreshing!
