great manager who is involved and available but not overbearing

There is clear communication on a regular basis from them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
fun culture and people. used to be fun to travel and see everyone
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A raise. I found out a coworker made more than me and have been approached about job opportunities that pay quite a bit more.
