Support plays an immense role in client retention, however, doesn't always get the credit/pay deserved as it can fall to CSMs/AMs. Without our clients, we wouldn't have much of a business, and I would request base salary increases for the amount of work we put into strengthening client relationships

When I refer to coworkers I do not just mean people on my immediate team. Rather, I am also including my colleagues from other departments. Cross-functional teams MUST do better at communicating with each other. Teams also need to understand that everyone impacts client service in some fashion.

In order to make the company culture better, CSOD needs to start hiring FOR the culture. Alternatively, leadership needs to ensure they are appropriately communicating that politics will not be tolerated. Employees at all levels should come to work to get work done, not stand in each other's way.

The responsibilities of my role require constant action. The challenge is many parts of accomplishing these responsibilities depend on other teams that do not have bandwidth to deliver in a timely manner. Much of my work involves chasing answers instead of developing myself and my team.

Clients, as a central concern, do not think highly of our product. This is a large portion of why the company receives poor client feedback, yet management ignores this central concern. If CSOD wants to improve, the product needs to be re-developed to ensure it is easy to use across the board.
