They'll have you do every single thing possible in the store even if it's not apart of your job description

I want my job back and compensated for the illegal action they took upon me I didn't get a executive letter like they are required to give I got a white paper with a lame paragraph the arms manager typed out

Most companies, even mcdonalds pays more than hannaford does. target and walmart employees are more rude and do less work and get paid more. other companies get a certain percentage off of EVERYTHING not just 6% CASHBACK ON HANNAFORD PRODUCTS. a cheap shot to get us to use rewards. very undervalued

The company doesn't pay you enough when you have to do the work of 2 or 3 people. They expect you do work at such a fast pace. People get injured at work so easily because they are over exerting themselves.

A lot of my co-workers are slow. I love them, but they need to work faster, so I don't have to. Our manager is not good at discussing this issue with them.

Go back to the way Hannaford was before Delhaize bought it out. Those were the days when they cared about the customers and provided more hours so you could get your job done on time and be more effective.

Treat. workers. better. better benefits. managers need to do more. pay higher. our turnover rate is so high it feels like we get a new group of workers every month.
